Assists the function of various departments by duties specific to each department such as gathering, analyzing, documenting, filing and entering information is computer data bases.
14 day on, 14 day off rotation.
The most important and essential job function of this position is attitude and includes the following: getting along with co-workers, responding politely to corporate clients and members of the community, working as a team member, functioning appropriately under pressure, responding in a positive manner to supervision, and maintaining inter-office confidentiality. Examples of duties appear below:
- Enter data into computer.
- Prepare reports and documentation of department activities.
- Track use of equipment.
- Compile time sheets.
- Update inventories, web pages or other departmental information.
- Maintain file system for specific departmental needs and function.
- Make daily runs to Post Office, bank, etc.
- Other duties may be assigned.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education diploma (GED); six months to one year related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands: The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment: The employee may occasionally be exposed to weather conditions associated with running errands from one building to another.
