Responsibilities include:

  • Participate and perform in special projects as requested by management
  • Meet with stakeholders to gather information about project requests
  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets including data entry and manipulation
  • Communicate appropriately and clearly to all levels of organization
  • Update spreadsheets, invoicing and data gathering
  • Organize and prioritze daily work activities
  • Create, access, and distribute reports for company leadership
  • Research project related information as necessary
  • Meet deadlines and multitask effectively
  • Organize and prioritize daily work activities for various projects
  • Research technical strategies and decisions for IS projects
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of projects that are being worked on by the team
  • Lead and initiate both brainstorming and decision making meeting with key resource managers
  • Organize multiple projects while meeting time constraints
  • Communicate appropriately and clearly to all levels of organization
  • Collaborate effectively with Development, Support & Infrastructure teams
  • Gather & manage internal and external resources for the team
  • Follow up on project action items
  • Must be able to handle projects and meet time constraints
  • Highly organized individual with detailed follow-up skills
  • Some college background preferred
  • 2-3 years experience with project coordination/assistance
  • Strong background of working with managers, directors and VP level professionals
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
  • Highly organized and must possess a strong attention to detail skills & knowledge in: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail oriented environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize daily work activities
  • Self starter, self- disciplined and able to work unsupervised
