Performs a wide variety of office duties in support of the ORD Administrative Department, including the following: processing of PTR's, coding in the AUTOTA system, coordination of employee ID badges and U.S. customs seals, ordering of supplies, and preparing various reports requested by department manager. Provides assistance to all ORD employees.
              Qualifications
              • High School diploma or GED
              • Minimum typing skill of 25 to 49 W.P.M.

              • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required
              • Ability to use Power Point, Sharp, and AUTOTA is preferred
              • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
              • Must have high energy and excellent people skills
              Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable

              Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
