The Administrative Coordinator performs general clerical administrative work, such as making travel
reservations, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, managing facility needs and processing/filing expense reports.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinating with building management to ensure that contracted services are performed properly.

Making efficient and frequent complex domestic and international travel arrangements adhering to all corporate and budgetary guidelines using internal systems for Sr. Management staff.

Managing multiple calendars using Outlook; keep senior management staff abreast of any changes and allow for sufficient desk time.

Coordinateing all department senior staff meetings, conferences and luncheons. Ordering and preparing all items necessary for such events.

Providing professional and courteous phone coverage for senior management staff, screening and escalating calls as necessary, taking efficient phone messages and communicating messages to appropriate parties.

Being able to work independently in a high profile office environment exercising necessary discretion and judgement on a routine basis.

Creating moderately difficult reports for senior management as needed, compiling data and gathering information from various sources.

Providing data timely and handling multiple transactions with high accuracy.

Must be professionally responsive to customer needs when requested.

Provide back up for administrative staff as needed.

Other duties may by assigned as the need arises.

Position Requirements

Qualified candidates will have the following experience, knowledge and skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years' administrative experience in a call center environment, preferably with international exposure.

Customer Service experience required.

Insurance, Travel, Medical or call center experience, essential.

Excellent telephone and computer skills.

Oral and Written communication proficiency.

Strong project management skills.

Ability to deal with all levels of management in a multi-cultural environmental
