The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, clerical and technical support to the Tourism & Cultural Services Department. He/she will serve as a liaison to local, state, and federal agencies for department operations and personnel matters. He/she represents the Department of Tourism & Cultural Services with efficiency and effectiveness.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, DEGREES, CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSE:

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of one (1) year of specialized technical training beyond high school.

- A minimum of two (2) years experience of general office/clerical.

- Advanced knowledge of PC and Microsoft Word.

- Advanced knowledge of social media, specifically Facebook & Tw
