To assist plant management and supervisors to increase floor time thereby improving line efficiency and labor productivity. Will also act as backup in the following areas: inputting payroll, weighing in/out ingredient trucks, printing purchase orders, maintaining purchase order filing, coding billing for accounting, answering phones, ordering office supplies, organizing employee appreciation meetings, maintaining employee uniform/boot vouchers, general plant HR functions as well as other duties as assigned by the plant manager.
Required (Basic) Experience & Education:
Minimum High School Diploma with 3 years experience, college degree preferred
