The OU-Tulsa Surgery Clinic is seeking an Administrative Coordinator who can hit the ground running in our Clinic. This position will provide administrative, personnel and financial assistance by performing accounting, financial analysis, payroll, personnel, and administrative coordination.
Prefer candidate to have in- depth understanding of University and State of Oklahoma AP procedures.

Standard administrative office environment and exposure. The majority of work required by this position will be at a desk/computer work station; however, up to 25% of the essential functions of this position will involve mobility (being able to move from one floor of campus building to another; being able to move from one building to another for meetings, etc.).

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
12 months experience in accounting or in an administrative capacity.
Required Certifications, Registrations, or Licenses:
These requirements may be imposed by federal, state or recognized accrediting agency as a prerequisite of employment
