Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, planning and organizing the day-to-day operations and administrative matters to support the goals and objectives of the Department/Program and Agency. Assists in the coordination and management of administrative matters and handles confidential information. Works under general direction.
Education: High School Diploma or the equivalent required. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or other related field, or the equivalent preferred.Experience: Minimum of three years progressive administrative, business or office experience required. Advanced personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel required. Effective oral, written communication and interpersonal skills required. Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment required.
