The Administrative Office Assistant will consistently provide excellent customer service to the Institute for Drug & Alcohol Studies faculty, staff, patients and guests. He or she will help support the research admissions office by greeting patients, providing guests with general information about the study and admissions process, managing participant reimbursement as well as provide routine administrative support for the office.

Minimum Qualifications
Ability to perform a variety of duties related to the management of a research admissions office. Excellent customer service skills required. Experience with administrative office work including answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments. Strong organizational skills required. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and multi-task work required. Ability to work independently and take initiative required. Ability to handle confidential information, exercise sound judgment and work in a diverse environment is required
