We are also launching a new product, Walkadoo, a physical activity tracking program that integrates with many of the leading wireless pedometers on the market today. And in 2013, we are looking to build additional social web and mobile products.

As the Adminstrative professional, you will provide administrative assistance to staff, help manage a well-functioning office space and assist in coordinating HR activities.

Provide administrative support to Head of Finance in HR initiatives including new hire on-boarding.

Direct administrative support for staff including: printing, faxing, scanning documents, etc.

Facilitate care and upkeep of office space and cultural environment.

Keep office stocked and organized with necessary supplies; order catering for staff, customer and team meetings; ensure conference rooms are prepared for guests.

Assist with planning company events, including biweekly staff meetings.

Answer our company phone, direct and screen calls, and receive guests.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Open-mindedness and willingness to be responsible for a wide variety of work, ranging from event planning to stamping envelopes for outgoing mail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Proficiency in either Outlook or Gmail

Strongly desired experience:
Startup experience

Experience working with software engineers and web designers

Administrative support experience
