Represents directorate on administrative and information management support matters. Performs a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as travel, finance, purchasing, and database management. Assist staffing function. Manages directorate SharePoint site and database. Coordinates travel and lodging. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and tracks data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. Required Education:
Bachelors and 2+ year(s) related experience Required Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or similar major or equivalent experience Required Skills:
- Familiarity with deployment process - Understanding of travel coordination - Oral and written communications are clear, concise, organized, and professional. - Strong administrative skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated working knowledge of SharePoint development - Mircosoft NT certification - Novell certification - CCNA certification - Experience in information systems design and management - Knowledge/Experience with SIPRNET and NIPRNET
