Manages the corporate customer database, corporate telecommunications, document support department, the reception area, and desktop software training. Also manages the on-line MFA Training Center and provides MFA Incorporated web site support. Responsible for department cost administration/budget. Stays current on the telecommunications industry and software developments.
Degree in Computer Science desirable
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with other software for training and software support purposes required along with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent supervisory, time management, multi-tasking and delegation skills required
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects required
Excellent written and oral communication skills including public speaking required
Knowledge of telecommunications functions, including local, long distance and cellular services preferred
Negotiation skills are required
Willingness to learn new software required
Must be flexible and open to new technologies
