Responsible for the distribution of incoming and
outgoing USPS and inter-company mail and small packages

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·
All
NorthWestern Energy employees are required to adhere to company safety

Ensure
all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy’s values, mission, and
strategic business objectives

Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing USPS and
inter-company mail.

·
Operate and maintain mail processing equipment that
folds, stuffs, seals and stamps mail

·
Operate shipping equipment that weighs and
calculates freight charges

·
Process, label and apply postage to outgoing UPS,
Fed Ex and express mail and packages

·
Drive a company vehicle to deliver and pick-up mail
at various locations

·
Daily vehicle inspection and light maintenance

·
Assist internal customers and outside
business contacts

·
Maintain delivery schedule and deadlines

·
Travel 25% (in town) Montana Driver’s license or
ability to acquire in 6 months required.

·
Work in all weather environments

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

·
Must
be able to demonstrate a good safety record

·
Must
possess strong interpersonal communication skills

·
Excellent
and demonstrated customer service skills

·
Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis

·
Working knowledge of USPS and shipping
regulations and procedures a plus

·
Mail room equipment maintenance skills a plus

·
Must have a clean driving record

·
Able to work in a deadline driven environment

·
Must be able to operate in a physical work
environment
