Role Description
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Biotechnology Clinical
Development team. This position will support both staff and special projects within the department. Will partner and collaborate with other local administrative staff in the organization as needed. Colleague works as an independent administrative professional, generating high quality results in an effective and efficient manner using and improving Pfizer systems and processes. Understands the strategic business objectives of Pfizer’s R&D and Biotechnology Clinical Development, and partners with team including managers and staff, to execute appropriate administrative tasks to accomplish business objectives productively.

Responsibilities
Provides administrative support of business processes of Biotechnology Clinical Development
functions. General administrative responsibilities include coordination of calendar (schedules and coordinates arrangements for meetings, anticipating conflicts and needs), making travel
arrangements, processing expense reports, support departmental recruiting activities, site-specific tasks (mail distribution, office supplies, meeting set-up, etc) registration for conferences/symposia and maintaining membership/subscription renewals, assist with systems training resources (PT&E, Activity Tracker, etc) and regular communications for cross-functional departments.

• Creates project purchase orders and ePay requests in Ariba-SAP to support business and recruiting efforts. Demonstrates excellent knowledge of skills with specific and commonly used office software, expert knowledge of Pfizer specific processes and keeps current on all trainings and upgrades. Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years administrative experience required
• Expert knowledge of Pfizer specific processes (e.g., PT&E, ARIBA, SharePoint and Pfizer IT
platforms, etc.)
• Expert knowledge on current Microsoft Office Suite
