Meridian Health Services has been serving the community for over 35 years and is accredited by the Joint Commission.Meridian Health Services is currently seeking an Administrative Supervisor to be responsible for the development, maintenance and growth of the Children's Services program in Marion County, Indiana. Travel up to 75% is required; candidate must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license & proof of auto insurance.

DUTIES

Actively markets and promotes program services to potential referral sources and maintains positive relationships with referral sources.recommends market strategies & goals for each program and service.Obtains data and prepares recommendations regarding potential referral sources and clients.Participates in market research to determine area and client needs.Maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developements that effect agency and program requirements.Evaluates programs and service marketability in terms of client referral source needs.Prepares and releases reports, studies, and publications to promote the public understanding of and support for behavioral health programs.Visits agency sites to evaluate effectiveness of services provided.Prepares and maintains budgets of assigned programs.Achieve Revenue Goals for all assigned programs.Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff, clients and referral sources.Communicates openly, honestly and constructively.Treats all employees, cleints and referral staff with dignity, respect and courtesy.Takes responsibility for and makes every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect with regard to concerns and problems.Supervisory Responsibilities: Collaboration with clinical supervisors to manage job performance of subordinate employees.Responsible for the coordination and evaluation of programs.Assisting the Vice President of Clinical Services with development of programs and services.Assigning and directing caseload.Completing staff performance evaluations.Initiating corrective action to improve staff percformance.Addressing complaints and resolving problems.Maintain staff compliance with productivity standards, documentation expectations, CANS/ANSA completions, timely and accurate treatment plan completion, and appropriate providers for insurance payer sources.
