We are currently accepting applications for positions on the Professional Acquisition Support Services Follow-on (PASS II) contract. This contract will provide a broad range of services to assist in the execution and support of Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) programs at various locations throughout the US.

Individuals providing this type of support can provide a wide range of administrative services to the customer. These services could include basic administrative support to an organization that results in specific deliverables such as formatted correspondence, finalized reports, equipment accountability reports, and completed briefings. Individuals must be able to apply proper style and format to draft products to reflect specific needs of the customer.

Individuals must also have skills in applying widely used government software and familiarity with standard government operating capabilities such as MS Office, SOCCER and SharePoint. Individuals will coordinate, document, monitor, and support a variety of meetings and conferences, including physical as well as virtual meetings. In addition to the basic administrative support activities described, individuals may also be required to support more advanced activities such as Disaster Preparedness Management Support and assisting the Government with planning for and implementation of improvements in Information Technology (IT) business needs.

Senior level administrative support specialists will be required to provide a multitude of analysis with increased responsibilities. This support includes staff support for the senior managers and members of the organizational staff. These individuals will be researching, compiling and communicating information pertaining to high-visibility projects and initiatives.

Examples of the products and services that Administrative Support personnel will provide include, but are not limited to:
  • Generating and maintaining attendance logs
  • Generating and maintaining minutes and/or action items
  • Preparing introduction briefings acclimating new personnel to organizational policies and procedures as well as exit briefings to debrief individuals leaving the organization
  • Gathering information regarding the nature of the work involved within an organization, the workflow, IT processing requirements, and work products; document alternatives in terms of cost, time, necessary IT equipment, and staff
  • Document disaster preparedness measures to minimize the effects of natural disasters and/or major accidents/incidents
  • Drafting documents for the approval and signature of senior leadership
  • Disseminating program policy and specific, critical project/initiative guidance for members of the organization.

Minimum Experience Requirements: 1 to 10 years of administrative support experience (various levels).


This position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting for extended periods. May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of manufacturing and military sites or facilities where necessary.

Work Environment:
Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.

Equipment and Machines:
Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, etc.), and/or other industry-specific equipment.

Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required.

Other Essential Functions:
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others. Must be able to travel when necessary to accommodate customer and program requirements.
