• Receive, type, and edit routing correspondence

• Transcribe dictation and/or hard copy documents

• Screen/direct internal and external phone calls; take messages when appropriate

• Receive documents from within operations department and from other sources, analyze contents, decipher where document should go (or if a new file should be made), record contents in folder index, and place in appropriate spot on filing cabinet shelves

• Retrieve files when requested

• Update index according to changes that have been implemented

• Book, prepare conference rooms

• Travel arrangements

• Assist as needed with proposal binders

• Assist with event coordinating

• Provide and distribute mail and office supplies

• Run errands as needed


• Recent college grad

• Majors in Finance, Statistics, Math, MIS, CS, or Marketing with a heavy emphasis on analytics

• Above average communication skills

• Must have good understanding of Excel

• General Microsoft Office experience

• Go-getter and willingness to learn

• Attention to detail

• Strong work ethics

• Organized

• Able to meet deadlines
