The Administrative Application Analyst supports multiple applications and their respective customers. He/She works with the Client's departments and ITS Managers and staff to support a full suite of primary applications and related peripheral applications including department-centric software and technological solutions to meet the goals of the organization. He/She identifies and analyzes user requirements and recommends appropriate applications and/or modifications. This calls for developing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the application set, working with the user community to define their needs, and designing and delivering application solutions to meet those needs and improve the operational and financial positions of the Health System.
The Administrative Application Analyst is the primary contact for the GE Centricity Group Management system in use at OMSI physician offices. He/She enhances Practice Management systems for physician office and financial customer base and serves as the application expert and primary support contact for the practice management system and related systems that include Docstar document imaging, SSI claims scrubbing and processing 3rd party data exchange.
The Administrative Application Analyst will have a key role in Change Analysis, Incident Analysis, and Problem Analysis; reporting to the respective Committees.
Experience with registration, eligibility and scheduling systems and processflow strongly desired.
This position will support the following systems: SCI Maximizer and Order Facilitator, SSI eVerify, Emdeon Eligibility, and Cerner registration/ scheduling.
4 Year / Bachelors Degree required
3 - 5 Years required
Must posses strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; strong analytical skills; strong verbal & written communication skills.
