Description
The purpose of the position is to create operational efficiencies within the Branch network, support Branches by providing research and resolutions to procedural exceptions, legal questions in relation to operations/policy/regulations/bank products. Act as liaison for the branches in relations to other departments. Implement new software, processes and procedures for the Branch network. Mentor and guide branch associates with operations. Work independently or as part of a team on projects requiring a dedicated resource that affects branch network. Conduct branch visits and report all findings. Attend training seminars to learn new information related to Deposit Operations. Ensure that new information is communicated to Branch associates. Draft operational guidelines or procedures for branch use.
Requirements
•Minimum of five years of retail banking operations experience. Strong knowledge in Branch Operations, Regulations, Business Documentation, Trust's and Fremont Bank policy and procedures
•Ability to work independently, problem solving, decision making, ability to use resources.
•Proficent in MS Office Program
•Must have well developed interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to get along well with diverse personalities
•Analytical thinking, diplomacy, and professionalism are require
•High School Dipolma
