  • Schedule studio/control room personnel for shifts, sick day replacements, special events and breaking news
  • Coordinate with Production on various aspects of studio productions and integrating new properties into studio schedule
  • Maintain database of freelance production personnel
  • Complete new hire paperwork for freelancers new to facility
  • Assist with payroll processing as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications
  • Degree in Communications or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum of

  • 1-2 years experience in television studio and/or Remote sports production Understanding of studio productions Knowledge of ScheduALL scheduling system Knowledge of Timekeeper payroll system Highly organized and detailed working processes Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Strong work ethic, positive attitude and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment Basic Qualifications Interested candidate must submit a resume/CV through to be considered Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT Must be willing to submit to a background investigation Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older
