We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to manage the Assisted Living Program. This individual will also be responsible for overseeing supportive functions including Dining Services, Environmental Services, Life Enrichment, and The Learning Circle. Oversees operations and provides strategic direction to assure quality, customer satisfaction, safety, budgetary and regulatory compliance. Leads strategic projects as assigned by the COO, helps coordinate the admission process in Assisted Living, assures integration with various campus programs and assists with inspections from regulatory agencies. Will participate in committees and events on and off campus and serves as a member of the management team, developing organizational strategy, policies and procedures. Must be Licensed in Ohio as a Nursing Home Administrator and have excellent communication, business operations, project management and leadership skills as well as three to five years of previous related experience.
