Immediate need for Salesforce Administrator/Developer. Position will be temporary assignment for 4-6 weeks. If someone is a good fit and can code, can consider the person on a more perm basis.

Understand vision for the business and use that information to develop an ideal Salesforce environment, updating the current system where required.
Integrate Salesforce with other data sources including developing the Salesforce Ajax necessary to interface with other SaaS platforms and custom applications.
Review business requirements and map Salesforce features based on requirements.
Manage multiple user setup, profiles and roles; customization of objects, fields and page layouts.
Work with users and managers to create and manage workflow rules and data validation.
Develop customized reports and dashboards.
Maintain current knowledge of Salesforce features, functionality and enhancements, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Work across functions to provide technical support Salesforce users, providing guidance on best practices and system optimization.
Coordinate with engineering team and outside vendors on Salesforce configuration.
Implement custom fields, objects and applications; workflow and data validation rules; and synchronization of data with other enterprise software applications.

Two or more years in Salesforce administration and/or development experience, with strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and Salesforce Ajax development.
Salesforce advanced administrator or developer certification preferred.
Demonstrated experience translating business needs into system requirements.
Experience in an eCommerce environment preferred.
Advanced level computer skills and familiarity with server software, internet software, computer hardware and enterprise desktop software.
Knowledge of Structured Query Languages.
Familiarity with XML, JSON and other structure data outputs.
Strong team player with experience working across multiple departments and functions.
Familiarity with, ClickTools, Optify, Tealium or Omniture a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to define problems and present solutions at all levels of the organization.
Experience working in systems supporting multiple languages (English, Spanish, etc.)
Proactive and self-directed.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
