The HIX Team Administrator will help set up the Choice Administrators HIX Health Choices program and other HIX programs. Once implemented, they will administer the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: processing, receiving and making calls, reporting, training, continuous process improvement, interdepartmental communication, special projects and other duties as assigned. This position will support setting up infrastructure, implement new procedures and processes, process any and all work that needs to be completed with established timeframes, handle inbound and outbound calls, create and maintain reports as needed or requested by management, train new employees as needed and handle items delegated by management team.
Must have 4+ years of professional related experience. Health industry experience is a plus. Must have an open mind, be willing to listen, learn, adjust to change and provide input. Must have knowledge of customer service techniques, strong reasoning/analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner and meet established and sometimes demanding deadlines; able to communicate clearly, concisely, orally and in writing in English with good usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation skills. Knowledge of Windows operating systems, including all Office programs: Word and Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Must have a flexible working attitude; maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, team members and management and willing to learn new things. Type 65WPM. BA degree or a level of education that, together with experience and training enables the applicant to successfully handle all job requirements.
