The Financial Case Manager/Admissions Coordinator will facilitate Financial Case Management from first inquiry through discharge for patients and ensure the initiation of the pre-entry and intake processes for potential residents. Other responsibilities include coordination of census with the waiting list. This position is also responsible for timely and accurate recording into the patient record as appropriate following privacy regulations and guidelines.


Requires High School or equivalent; a Bachelors degree is desired; must have 1-2 years experience setting up funding plans. Working knowledge of privacy regulations and previous experience working with insurance companies is required. Experience working in the chemical dependency field is desired; must have at least one year freedom from chemical abuse problems.
