The Admissions and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing all marketing initiatives and recruiting events for the Masters programs in Anesthesiology, DNP with a specialization in Anesthesiology, Biomedical Sciences, Clinical Biology, Health Services Administration, Dual degree in Health Services Administration and Public Health and Medical Biotechnology in the College of Health Sciences. S/he facilitates the involvement of administrative personnel and academic personnel to support these efforts. This is a full time 12-month position.
Attends off-campus events and other health related activities to increase program awareness during the work week and on evenings and weekends as required.
Accepts specific responsibility for complete development and management of the full range of marketing and recruiting activities for the graduate Health Services Administration Degree.
Designs specific marketing initiatives to increase the prospective student population for the Health Sciences Programs in conjunction with the Director.
Reviews applications to convert applicants to enrolled students.
Maintain accurate conversion data on current prospects for designated programs and on current applicants for designated programs.
Advise prospective students via telephone, e-mail or in person about the health sciences programs and university data.
Bachlor's Degree required.
1 - 3 years of related experience.
