Substitution of Experience for Education Permitted (Non-faculty only)
The position supervises and provides assistance and support to the staff of the Admissions, Registration and Records areas in Student Services on the Plant City campus.
Prefer applicants with: (1) experience working in a higher education admissions office, (2) at least three years of supervisory experience, (3) experience certifying VA students, (4) record of providing excellent customer service and (5) excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Supplemental Job Information
This position requires knowledge of registration and records requirements. The chosen applicant must be able to work at least two late nights per week (until 7 pm) and the occasional Saturday.
