Responsible for developing and maintaining admissions policies and procedures; participating in facility management; serving on committees; managing admissions process; assisting staff, prospective residents, residents and their families from application through resident orientation; complying with all applicable regulations and policies; maintaining records and lists; responding to inquiries for information; and participating in planning and problem solving activities.
Basic Qualifications Experience: Computer experience; two years experience working with the public; two years working with elderly persons.
Education/Training: An Associates Degree; training in admission coordination. Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient presentation skills; proficient data entry, word processing, and typing skills; satisfactory completion of pre-employment physical; auditory and visual skills.
