DESCRIPTION

Working closely with the operations and enrollment teams, this position connects with various constituents across campus
to effectively serve internal and external partners in the admission process, and provide infrastructure for the successful
recruitment of students in a competitive landscape.

This position will also be responsible for tracking all applicants in
conjunction with the recruiters, to make sure that all communications have been made and the student matriculates.

DUTIES

Specific essential responsibilities are as follows:
  • Serve as project manager to increase effectiveness of processes and systems in regards to enrollment (i.e., database testing, new technology initiatives, data imports, etc.)
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting enrollment numbers to the Director of Admissions and the University leadership team on a regular basis
  • Be one of the primary conduits between admissions, program deans and chairpersons, Information Technology, Financial Aid, and Registrar office to develop and promote mutually beneficial results and integration of data
  • Assist in the development and management of enrollment pipelines & CRM solutions across the organization to support high-impact enrollment partnerships
  • Promote timeliness, efficiency, and data integrity within the admissions process
  • Review and document data flow and operational processes for ongoing training. Provide support and training to functional experts as needed
  • Assist in the management and logistics of admissions recruiting events
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to deliver solution-oriented technology strategies
  • Be actively involved in the overall enrollment and retention efforts of the University
  • Work closely with the Director of Admissions and Vice President of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management to serve various student groups and contribute data to decision making processes
  • Serve as primary liaison and project manager with Information Technology department in regards to CRM technology
QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience required
Experience:
  • Five years of CRM and admissions experience
Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong computer skills, CRM knowledge required (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Five years of CRM and admissions experience
  • Previous successful management/supervision experience and solid leadership abilities
  • Process-driven, yet entrepreneurial spirit, with the willingness and ability to learn new systems, and become a technical expert
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability and willingness to travel on occasional basis
  • Ability to represent the admissions profession positively through a strong, student-centered ethic
