Mercy College-New York invites applications for an Admissions Recruiter with responsibility to lead recruiting efforts in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
Mercy College is an independent, New York area institution offering over 90 undergraduate and graduate programs. The College has an enrollment of almost 10,000 students from diverse backgrounds, across four campuses - Dobbs Ferry, Manhattan, Bronx, and Yorktown, plus an online learning community.
Successful candidates will plan and implement recruitment strategies and assist students through the admission and enrollment processes. S/he will coordinate on and off campus events and achieve the college's undergraduate recruitment goals through effective territory management.
Successful candidates will build and maintain client relationships with prospective student, "influencers" in community organizations, and educational institutions.

Education Required or Min Education Required:
A BA/BS degree from an accredited four-year institution.
Experience and/or Skills Required:
Admissions or sales related experience is required. Candidates must be enthusiastic, highly energetic and have a positive attitude. H/She must possess ability to work with diverse populations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Strong computer skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are also required.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
