We have an opportunity available for a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible, Adult Psychiatrist/General Mental Health or Psych NP to join our comprehensive community behavioral health delivery system. This full-time opportunity is available within our Broadway Outpatient site in the Phoenix area. Flexible schedule (Monday - Friday) offered!! Starting salary DOE!

In this position you will provide psychiatric assessments, medication monitoring & continuity of care facilitation for OP clients. This may include direct supervision as well as review and revision of all applicable procedures and their execution relating to the daily medically related activities. Collaborate with OP Director in delivering program specific services. Oversees all procedures relative to medication samples on site. Requires a Doctorate of Medicine with a specialty in Psychiatry. Completion of residency or fellowship training in psychiatry; possession of or eligibility for a license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona. Board Certified/Eligible in General Psychiatry required. Must have a fingerprint clearance issued by the AZ Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive within 8 weeks of hire. Excellent communication skills and ability to use a computerized patient record system a must.
