Primary responsibilities are to provide support and service to our advertising Key Accounts division. This will include working internally with the sales team and providing excellent customer service to our customers. Coordinator must communicate effectively with clients, ad staff and other necessary departments ensuring all pertinent paperwork is timely and accurately processed for the fulfillment of ad campaigns. Scheduling of ad campaigns and makes sure they are received and inserted correctly. Assist the Account Executives with booking insertion orders, processing ad layouts and responding to client phone calls and emails. Assist the Sales Representatives and Managers in various administrative duties and maintain efficient and effective office procedures and workflows.
