Responsibilities include:

-Drive internal advertising strategy and development process from product kick off to finished campaign focused on EA Games Label titles.
-Simultaneously manage a 12 month production calendar, schedules and advertising presentations across multiple campaigns.
-Manage advertising production for assigned label (EA Games label)
-Initiate and drive meetings for creative, planning, process, and media.
-Agency Management: Manage and partner with several advertising agencies.

-Integration: Ability to integrate creative across awareness, engagement and conversion activities
-Must be able to understand creative strategies in order to push forward and negotiate for EA's needs.
-Advertising Evaluation: Evaluate and articulate thoughts on a spectrum of advertising needs - strategy, media, and creative.
-Be able to prioritize and consolidate feedback from multiple voices and articulate back to creative partners.
-Maintain Partnerships: Must be able to articulate advertising strategy to negotiate and influence internal and external marketing partners.
-This requires in depth knowledge of all products and advertising strategy in order to delicately balance partners needs with EA's needs.
-Create and drive a global process for partnership and creative
-Time Management & Multi-Tasking: Make decisions on timing and importance of creative, planning & media needs across multiple projects; be able to juggle multiple schedules and requests.
-Includes process management as well as ability to decide and act on changing priorities.
-Finance Management: Independently manage full financial process.
-Receive approval on estimates, process invoices into Oracle system, track approvals and payment, balance budgets.
-Communicate feedback and changes based on response from legal partners to appropriate agency contact.
-Asset Management: Responsible for managing asset delivery to and from agencies.
-This includes managing the delivery process and managing the risks associated, as well as making sure the agencies submit final creative materials to appropriate outlets (EA Media Lab, EA TEAMS, etc.)


-5-7 years advertising experience working in an agency or on the client side
-Strong proven creative sense as demonstrated through portfolio and previous projects
-Exhibit organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication skills and ability to influence on various levels
--Have a passion for advertising, sports, entertainment, & gaming
-College degree required - advertising or communication preferred
