• The Ad Operations Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of ad support for the Inside Sales team, including ad troubleshooting, inventory forecasting, generating invoices and processing payments/refunds.
• Support Accounting & Finance team for accurate invoicing of assigned advertising campaigns
• Call on advertisers with declined payments to get updated billing information.
• Troubleshoot ad issues by working with adops, customer service, and project managers to ensure proper delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow through
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Great organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills, self-starter and a track record of providing business insights
• Great interpersonal and client relationship skills
• A track record of working collaboratively as part of a larger (preferably sales) team
• Be able to adapt quickly to new ad products, processes and technologies
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems
BA/BS degree; 1-2 yrs relevant experience preferred; Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and HTML. Experience with Orbital Gateway, Salesforce, Doubleclick a plus
