Thriving on the adrenaline of making a compelling pitch, overcoming objections and closing business on the phone is a must! The role will report directly to the Ad Sales Business Manager. As such, in additional to building and cultivating a book of business, you will have the opportunity to help to identify and capture new business and help create advertising products that will maximize Ad Sales Business growth for the CoStar Marketplace Vertical segment. This role offers excellent earning potential, including uncapped commission, competitive base, no territory restrictions and excellent benefits. It also offers a fun, exciting team environment in a great San Francisco location!

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 3 years of online advertising sales experience
  • Cold/Warm calling experience including demonstrated success in utilizing cold calling email for new business development
  • Lead generation experience
  • Experience in selling high-value marketing/advertising services over the phone
  • Experience with long-term client relationship management
  • High energy, and strong desire to achieve top results and a charismatic, positive can-do attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is preferred
  • Real Estate background is helpful, but not required
  • BA/BS degree preferred
