The Ad Solutions group serves as the single point of contact for the life of an advertising campaign with United Online Media Group. Ad Solutions plays the integral role responsible for the implementation, delivery, billing and subsequent coordination of renewals with sale for all advertising accounts.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, computer or finance related field.
2+ years client-facing account management experience required.

Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills and abilities across process, technology, people and systems.

Comfort and flexibility in utilizing quantitative as well as qualitative thinking in the strategy development process.

Experience with the MS Office Suite of products (Excel, Office, Powerpoint, Visio) a plus.
Strong project management skills with the proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease.
Previous experience with ad management and delivery systems/online advertising operations required. Experience with Stormpost (Datran), 24/7 RealMedia Open Adstream and Operative a plus.
Provide operational support for the full life of all assigned advertising campaigns (pre-sale, post-sale, post-launch and renewal).
Proactively monitor and manage the yield optimization of all assigned campaigns. This includes where they are in the overall landscape and actively revise delivery setup to ensure that maximum revenue is achieved.
Work with a third party vendor/partner or internal traffic resources to ensure the correct implementation, delivery and optimization of your assigned campaigns.
Compile, review, and submit accurate and complete billing to Finance every month-end. Proactively work with Finance to resolve any billing discrepancies before invoices are sent to client.
Use your analytical skills to build, verify and approve inventory, reallocation, and pricing adjustment plans for the sales team.
Assist the sales team with coordinating legal and finance approval when needed, obtaining tags for trafficking campaigns and communicating with the client to ensure United Online creative guidelines and specification requirement are met.
Clearly understand and internalize client objectives in order to determine appropriate product and integration opportunities while providing superior client service with internal and external clients.
Actively manage 3 rd party numbers and discrepancies to maximize revenue realization and avoid revenue losses.
As needed, develop and present property, placement and campaign performance reports designed to highlight opportunities for growth and improvement.
