Position Overview:
Responsible for providing financial aid guidance and advisement to students, parents, and the community.

Performs electronic data exchange transactions. Handles the administration of the Federal College Work-Study program for the campus. Awards and calculates financial aid rewards.

Performs Federal Dependency overrides in the system.

Counsels financial aid students on eligibility issues.

Notifies students of all financial aid awards, and education related benefits. Monitors the financial aid process from application to disbursement.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum of one year related experience required.

Knowledge of Financial Aid rules and regulations required.

Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, effective customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills, strong time management skills, and multitasking capabilities are all required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Family Educational Right & Privacy Act (FERPA) knowledge preferred.

Bilingual speaking ability preferred.

Starting Salary Range: $34,645 - $39,841
