Manager HR Business Partner provides Human Resources support for the San Antonio Mail Pharmacy and Customer Care Call Center.
Serves as primary point of contact for functional leaders regarding Human Resources issues. This position plays a strategic role in partnering and supporting the Mail Pharmacy and Customer Care Operations.
Includes staffing, people planning and ongoing support. Required Qualifications:
Manager HR Business Partner will have at least 7 years professional HR experience, including management of HR staff in a fast-paced growth environment. Emphasis on experience with change management. Requires strong knowledge of all areas of HR function, including employment law. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels and prepare effective written documents. Requires ability to build and execute effective programs and processes, monitor results and drive continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications:
Manager HR Business Partner will possess these qualifications: The ability and demonstrated experience of successfully managing in a cross functional organization through multiple layers of management and supervising a dedicated team. HR leadership experience. Major areas of emphasis: Performance & Talent Management processes; employee relations; change management; implementation of company-wide initiatives into aligned business unit. Provides counsel in support of building a single culture in a post-merger and rapidly changing business. Identifies issues and initiates resolutions in line with corporate policies and in support of business direction. Leads site management in execution of major HR initiatives and facilitates positive change management. In collaboration with business leaders and HR Business Partners, conducts sound and thorough investigations and participates in decision-making and issue resolution. Drives and executes best HR practices. Monitors, analyzes and reports relevant data to ensure consistent process improvement and positive change. Experience managing and building high performing teams. Identifies needs and initiates communication, ad-hoc training and interventions to address management and employment development and performance issues. Establishes and maintains business relationships with site functional leaders by gaining understanding of business objectives and providing sound HR counsel to support strong performance and productivity. Education:
Business or Human Resources Bachelors degree required. PHR/SPHR Certification Preferred. Business Overview:
