Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for providing guests with Aesthetic Services in a professional and courteous manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides guest with quality Skin/Body Care services while utilizing various techniques.
Adhere to Relache Spa & Salon standards for guest service.
Educates guest about individual Aesthetic needs and other services available.
Educates and sells guest the Relâche Spa & Salon products.Refers guest problems and complaints to Spa Leader according to Relâche Guest Service Recovery Guidelines.
Communicates with Aesthetic Lead the status of equipment and supplies.
Maintain a clean and neat workstation at all times.
Exhibit world-class service skills as well as Gaylord Opryland STAR attributes of positive attitude; strong work ethic; teamwork; and a passion to serve.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: Education: High School diploma.
Experience: Two or more years experience in Spa and Salon operations. Must have a thorough knowledge of Aesthetic Services.
License/Certification: Must possess proof of a current; valid Tennessee Aesthetic License. All licensing requirements must be met and maintained while employed with Gaylord Opryland Relache Spa & Salon.
