We are seeking a seasoned Affiliate Manager to help lead and direct media buying, planning and business development efforts for online acquisitions for our Lead Watch Live/Inquiry Management System business (LWL/IMS).

As an Affiliate Manager you will work with multiple online publishers to provide leads for the clients of the EducationDynamics LWL/IMS business. Work with EducationDynamics clients in planning and meeting lead goals and maximize efficiencies of campaigns to achieve the highest, most efficient conversion goals. Work with Tech team in the development of additional functionalities and capabilities of the IMS product.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with product teams to develop creative and strategic campaigns which meet client needs
  • Design response driving media schemes that incorporate ideas with the greatest likelihood to achieve results
  • Analyze campaign data and develop optimization ideas based on client goals and projections
  • Maintain detailed files of all pertinent records and documentation relevant to clients' current campaigns, as well as, the overall relationship (latest media plans, performance reports, contracts, payment/billing information, etc)
  • Keep current of industry news/developments
  • Maintain a professional network of affiliate contacts and cultivate relationships with new affiliate partnerships
  • Understand client goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies and technologies
  • Explore and provide recommendations on media partners, relevant products and tracking/analytics solutions
  • Proactively identify new and/or expanded business opportunities within client relationships and work with supervisor to nurture opportunity
  • Interface as primary point of contact with LeadWatch Live clients
  • Developing and presenting ‘thought leadership' and education pieces to clients and other departments
  • Project manage internal campaign execution and optimization with detailed attention to timelines and quality of client deliverables
  • Foster clear, frequent communication between agency and client regarding campaign strategy, goals, and performance
  • Generate, assemble, and analyze client-facing reports, including traffic, goal, and budget tracking
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 3 years internet media buying experience and internet marketing
-Strong negotiation capabilities
- At least 2 years Client Service experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Tech savvy. Needs to be able to manage and explain product technology
- Experience with Goldmine, SalesForce or a comparable Sales/CRM system preferred
