RealMatch is looking to hire an Account Manager for its Affiliate Development Department. The position reports to the Director of the Department and involves a variety of responsibilities and tasks associated with ensuring our affiliates receive a first class customer experience. The Affiliate Manager's main responsibility is to ensure our client's needs are consistently being met. Additionally, the role will require you to empower and assist our affiliates to drive incremental revenue. The ideal candidate will ensure all efforts are being performed in order to maximize growth and product knowledge for their respective clients. Vendor/Client management experience a big plus, as well as creating/documenting training materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Sales Training to client and educate them on sales and marketing strategies
Develop and monitor sales activity for respective clients and ensure their goals are met successfully.
Assist in creating and distributing marketing information to clients, informing them of new product launches and marketing tactics.
Act as primary liaison between clients and our internal IT team in the event technical issues occur.
Maintain a professional and unique partnership with assigned client list, ensuring they know you are their “Go To” person.
Assist in developing monthly/quarterly incentive programs geared at increasing affiliate specific revenue.
Other duties may be assigned as required.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Experience with basic internet issues
Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Education and Experience: Four-year college degree or two year associates degree and at least one year of related experience and/or training.
Language Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. In addition, the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, sales prospects and customers.
Computer Skills: Good computer skills, knowledge of Contact Management systems; Internet software and MS Office software. Database software knowledge is a plus.
