The Affiliate Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for working on all aspects of Affiliate Marketing. The role will include maintaining affiliate marketing relationships, prospecting new affiliate partners, creative ad development, brand guideline compliance monitoring and troubleshooting data flow issues. The Affiliate team is responsible for building new relationships with networks and advertisers, as well as maximizing relationships with existing customers and partners.

The role requires working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales. Analytics, Creative Design and Product teams as well as learning internal application systems. Additionally this role will perform account management activities on our large affiliate partners. The Affiliate Marketing Account Manager is also expected to work on other short-term projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a background including: Email Marketing and Operations, Data Management, Online Advertising and Marketing, Media Buying, Affiliate Marketing, Advanced Excel skills. Additionally, the Affiliate Marketing Account Manager should have a familiarity with internet marketing fundamentals, exceptional organizational skills, a comfort level with multi-tasking and experience meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate budgets with Sales and Affiliate partners
Monitor budget fulfillment and communicate pacing issues to Partner Manager
Prospect and onboard quality Affiliate partners
Oversee data flow to/from affiliate partners; including troubleshooting and fixing errors with the support of IT, Affiliates, etc.
Support other various short-term projects

2+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience
Experience in buying media on a pay-for-performance basis on a CPL and CPA preferred
Successful history working in a fast-growing, dynamic, metrics-driven business environment
Email Marketing and Operations, Data Management, Online Advertising and Marketing, Media Buying, Affiliate Marketing, Advanced Excel skills
Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, customer service, and analytical skills
Problem solving skills Self-starter with strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge using Microsoft Office products
Background in lead generation a plus Knowledge email delivery, can-spam compliance, third party tracking methods a plus.
BA/BS required
