POSITION TITLE: Affiliate Sales CoordinatorREPORTS TO: Senior Director, Insurance Affinity MarketingGROUP: Insurance AffinityI. POSITION SUMMARY: The Affiliate Sales Coordinator provides outreach and support to affiliate chambers with a strong focus on affinity program participation. This position will be responsible for the management of affiliate relationships by offering the marketing, program development, administration, implementation, evaluation and sales support necessary to provide growth for Affiliate partners and their membership. The Affiliate Sales Coordinator is tasked with growing and maintaining affiliate relationships resulting in maximized program participation, consistent messaging, and increased revenue/brand recognition. The Coordinator will utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with affiliates. Additionally, the Coordinator must be able to work with a variety of channels, including program vendors, to ensure streamlined processes, high communication and increased program participation. A successful candidate will have the ability to engage affiliates, assess their needs, and enhance the overall program experience.III. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESExecute affiliate marketing program agreementsDevelop and fulfill affiliate marketing plans aimed at increasing participation in the programsAssist affiliates in events, communications and marketing to increase engagement in programs within membershipEducate affiliates on programs and how to effectively market to membersManage local affiliate budget in order to maximize marketing efforts and create the greatest value/return for chamber partnersSell the value of overall program to affiliates including brand initiativesAttain program specific sales growth goalsTrack effectiveness of outreach and provide input into continuous improvement effortsDevelop affiliate relationships and resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendationsStay abreast of program updates in order to implement changes throughout the affiliate network in a timely and effective mannerOther duties may be assigned to meet additional business goals and objectives.Excellent health dental insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, Voluntary vision insurance, Safe Harbor 401k plan with matching contribution, Generous Paid Time Off Days (PTO), Paid holidays, Business mileage reimbursement, and much more!!!
