Coordinating with fulfillment vendors, print vendors and Porsche Cars North America port facilities
  • Designing, formating and distributing all Porsche After Sales bulletins
  • Coordinating, preparing and distributing Parts-related technical & promotional information
  • Seeks to ensure proper retention of electronic documents and business confidential information
  • Coordinating page layouts, edit, publish and distribute warranty manuals and maintenance checklists for the USA and Canada
  • Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of and compliance with Information Technology security policies at Porsche Cars North America
  • Coordinating of art sublet operations, bulletin production with art sublet and with the art sublet consultant for projects such as warranty manual production for Canada and the USA
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic arts or Business
    • Several year experience, preferably in the area of merchandising, technical Publications, Desk top publishing parts sales or retail Dealer business
    • Experience in technical publishing and Internet media
    • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
    • Conversational German language or any other foreign language skills are a plus
    • Analytical and conceptual thinking
    • Willingness to travel frequently
