Perform outbound telemarketing sales for extended warranties on behalf of our clients. This includes outbound calls, sales processing, information requests, and limited inbound call taking, within established service levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Available to perform outbound telemarketing calls for extended warranties.
•To answer incoming customer communication which will involve assessing customer’s needs, analyzing the situation, and offering accurate sales solutions.
•Process new sales through web application.
•Updating customer and payment information.
•Overcome customer objections to make sale and build client brand loyalty.
•Interact with other areas of the business as needed to meet customer needs.
•Maintain a positive attitude and support Service Net’s Commitment to Excellence and Core Values.
•Maintain productivity and quality assurance goals, while following all program specific guidelines.
•On-time attendance and schedule adherence.
•Other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•1 – 2 years experience Inbound /Outbound Sales experience.
•Ability to key a minimum of 30 words per minute.
•Professional attitude, enthusiastic, and reliable.
•Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Experience with email applications (Outlook), Windows, and Microsoft Office applications.
•Ability to work independently (with minimal supervision) and/or as part of a team .
•Proven problem-solving skills.
•Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
•Ability to multi-task between multiple customer service applications.
•Strong organizational skills.
•Proven attendance reliability
