Support customer agents in the identification, development and implementation of measurable lead generation and marketing strategies that integrate with both internal and external programs that will drive new customer acquisition, cross-sell existing clients as well as strategies that enhance client retention.

Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent plus at least one year of relevant experience required. (ACU or sales preferred) Ability to coordinate 80 agents in direct lead generation and marketing support. Must have or attain knowledge of Account Contact Unit (ACU) and Marketing Services programs. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Sales Force.com software), databases, and company proprietary programs. Excellent communication and organization skills to work with agents one on one (phone only) to deliver services offered. Must keep up-to-date regarding all outside lead generation product sources. Good coaching skills required in order to work with agents. Oral and written communication skills as appropriate to this position. Reasonably regular and predictable attendance. Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
