We are currently seeking an Agent Select Marketing
Specialist for our Pawtucket RI location.
Collette Vacations is looking for a talented marketing
professional to create and oversee the growth of all
agencies admitted into the Collette Vacations ‘Agent
Select’ Program. Agent Select is designed to quickly and
easily reward our most loyal booking agents by
supporting our mutual revenue and passenger growth
initiatives.
‘Agent Select’ Communications Programming 40%
  • Ensure that admitted agencies (~4K) and unique
booking agents are aware of ‘Agent Select’ benefits,
motivated to be part of the program and to
consistently increase their AS “status”
  • Onboard new Agencies selected for AS program
  • Create the communications vehicles that quickly and
easily convey AS’ benefits to all agent audiences
and our internal sales team to include intense
training of our 100+ person sales team
  • Work with Agent Channel Manager to determine which
agencies have strong revenue potential and then
ensure that these agencies marketing plans are
created and executed accordingly
  • Provide branded CV content such as promotional
offers and/or collateral
Agent Select Materialization 50%
The AS program is a mutually beneficial program and
works best when both CV and the Agent work the program.
As a result, the Specialist will need to consistently

work to “materialize” the program:
  • Constantly contact top agencies to ensure promotion
of Collette Vacations on their website, in their
e-newsletter, brochures, mailing the partner
database, regular email and work closely with sales
teams to get additional support to potential AS
agencies
  • Ensure that Collette products are top of mind to the
agency and agent and that CV is taking advantage of
all free marketing opportunities
  • Review and report on AS financials, in conjunction
with the Finance Reporting team
‘Agent Select’ Development 10%
  • Currently AS program encompasses agent incentives,
educational opportunities (FAM’s, webinars etc.),
agent gateway, commission structure etc.
  • The AS Specialist will continually benchmark AS to
the competition and poll current and potential AS
members to determine how to consistently refine AS
to the top agent loyalty program in the industry.

The successful candidate must possess:
  • Excellent communications skills and strong
organizational skills
  • Passion for servicing agencies and providing
excellent customer service
  • Strong financial acumen, understanding of the travel
agencies business or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment
and multi task at a high level
  • Proficient in a multi-cultural environment – AS
partners are throughout the US and CAD
  • Highly proficient at Excel and Power Point
  • Problem-solver with the ability to work through
challenges
  • Creativity and perseverance
  • B.S. Degree in Marketing or related field and 2-4
years of work experience with a proven track record
for executing and delivering tangible results. MBA
preferred.
