To be considered , applicants MUST specifically have ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) experience AND 7 years of Field Sales experience.

Salary of $250K on quota and top earners are $350k+. The company is positioned to go from $50 million to $150 million because of the very HOT product and services portfolio ALREADY released and in use by 10,000 customers worldwide.
Our client already has large customer installations at Fortune 1000 companies who pay annual subscription based fees that count towards yearly sales quota.
Our client say's their ideal sales person has these characteristics:
1. A proven sales track record selling high end ALM software platforms to large financial, insurance, pharmaceutical, consumer, government, manufacturing or high tech companies.
2. Has strong consultative sales skills background who can manage client technical evaluation teams, client executives as well as internal applications and executive management support.
3. Has a strong background in Field Sales for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Software Development for large scale Enterprise Class Environments with a strong understanding of CI Continuous Integration Automation for Build, Release with tools such as Rational, Subversion, GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins, OpenSource tools and platforms and Agile software development practices.
