This person will help coach our customers in the following Agile software development practices: - writing user stories - release and iteration planning - Scrum stand-up meetings - velocity and capacity planning Will be responsible for providing user story workshop, facilitate project meetings and work with Project Managers to give them a solid foundation in Agile / Scrum methodology. Will help develop, implement and maintain team metrics, evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements. Will coach teams and management towards improving Agile process and metrics, evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, developers and testers. We are looking for not just an expert at Agile team coordination, but someone who also has the experience with the application of Agile principles to one or more development disciplines; analysis, design, development, testing and management; and can relate principles, practices and the °rules-of thumb° of performing these disciplines in an Agile environment.

Qualifications: Strong client-facing presentation and facilitation skills, coaching and mentorship experience on several engagements / workshops 7-10 years in a technical software development environment or with IT Project Management Must have a solid background utilizing an quotAgilequot engineering approach to SW development. Examples of Agile SW development methods includes the following: SCRUM, Test Driven Development (TDD), Rapid Prototyping (Iterative) and Incremental approach to SW development Minimum 3+ years experience using Agile methods, 5+ years experience is preferred Advanced understanding of and experience with Software Development project life cycles, as well as advanced project management skills Impeccable communication and cross-team coordination skills Solid oral, written, and presentation as well as strong interpersonal skills are required Master°s degree and five to seven years experience, or a bachelor degree and seven to ten years experience in information technology Experience developing courseware, conference presentations, articles, and papers is preferre Financial Experience / Background is a PLUS
