Major/Essential Duties of Job

Will be working on water/nutrient management and other areas affecting productivity and quality of vegetables, bioenergy feed stock crops

Occasional Duties

Other job related duties as they may arise.

Required Education:
High school diploma or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Education:
Related college level courses in agriculture.

Required Experience:
One year of independently performing general farm, ranch or field laboratory work at a research unit.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with sugarcane culture, plant tissue sample preparation for qaulity analysis.

Required licenses, certifications, or registrations:
Valid driver's license. Must be able to obtain State of Texas class "C" vehicle operator's license within 30 days of employment.
