We Know Talent the preferred staffing partner for Marketing Werks specializes in experiential marketing programs that are fun and innovative. As well as createing unique marketing campaigns for our high-profile clients. We implement our “Experience Counts” motto by hiring outgoing, energetic marketing professionals to engage customers, encouraging them to partake in firsthand experiences with our impressive lineup of brands. We are currently searching for marketing representatives to join our Air National Guard Rise to the Challenge Tour team!

About the Air National Guard “Rise to the Challenge Tour”:
The “Rise to the Challenge Tour” tests participant abilities in a fun interactive way, while educating them about available career opportunities in the Air National Guard. As a member of the tour you will work along side your team, local Air National Guard recruiters and volunteers, as well as clients. If you’re up for a challenge then this is the tour for you.

Participants arrive on site to register at Mission Command Center where they will answer a quick survey and receive a color-coded scan card. Participants will then Rise to the Challenge and test their physical and mental skills in an effort to make the leaderboard, where the top ten scorers are displayed.

The challenges are:
Mechanical Challenge – Simulate repairs on a jet engine

Reconnaissance Challenge – Analyze images captured by a predator drone system

Refueling Challenge – Connect a B2 Boomer to a KC135 in flight using Augmented Reality

Medics Challenge – Stabilize a patient in simulated medical emergency

Battlefield Airmen Challenge – Showcase your physical strength

T our Dates: May 2012 - October 2012

Required Experience:
The tour manager’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Weekly checklist

Weekly reporting

Primary contact for Marketing Werks, on-site event contacts, temp staff, recruiters/volunteers, etc.

Responsible for all weekly paperwork for team (timesheets, expenses etc)

A successful candidate for this position will possess the following skills and experience:

Must have previous promotional/marketing experience in a management position

Must be:
o Professional, organized and outgoing

o Able to lead a team

o Able to connect with event attendees and engage a crowd

o Flexible and adapt well to challenging situations

o At least 21 years of age or older

o Available to travel continuously throughout tour duration

o Able to lift 50 + lbs

o Experienced emcee

Being tech savvy a plus

Media Spokesperson experience a plus
